Our primary market is the San Francisco Bay Area — including SFO, OAK, SJC airports, the Peninsula, Silicon Valley, East Bay, and Marin. Through our affiliate network we can coordinate transportation in major cities across California and the West Coast. If you need service in a city not listed, ask us — we likely have a vetted partner there.
Standard rides may be cancelled without charge up to 2 hours before pickup. Airport pickups require 4 hours notice. Corporate account cancellation terms are agreed upon at the time of account setup. We understand schedules change — we work with you, not against you.
Every driver in the BCSN network is professionally licensed, commercially insured, and vetted before being accepted into the network. We do not accept every applicant — our standard is high because our clients' expectations are higher.
